LAB Coffee is a specialty coffee shop in Moldova, built around a simple idea: good coffee is not an accident, but a repeatable method.

The method

We select carefully, measure precisely and brew consistently. In every LAB Coffee location, every cup follows the same standard: an 18 g dose, a 27-second extraction, 93°C. The result is clear taste, balance and attention to detail — whichever location you walk into.
